the farmhouse is waiting for you

The house boasts 6 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, and can easily host 12 guests, with the ability to accommodate a few more if necessary. The lovely home has 3 full baths, an updated, modern kitchen with granite countertops, and a large dining area.

In addition to the kitchen and dining area, the first floor has a large open parlor and living room, one bedroom with an en suite bath, and a second full bath that is shared. The "library" is an alcove at the base of the stairs where guests can find books and board games to enjoy. Upstairs are 5 more charming bedrooms, a third full bath which is shared, and a coffee nook.

A large porch stretches across the front of the house with comfortable seating facing west toward the Genesee Valley. It is the perfect place to sip an evening cocktail while enjoying the stunning sunset view. The back patio offers a lovely, relaxed setting for breakfast.

Guests have private off-street parking and are invited to get the full experience of Kindred Ground. The Farmhouse is located right next door to the mid-1800 event barn, which is a former working dairy farm with silos and a corn crib. Guests may stroll the gardens and ask for a tour of The Barn.

Overnight guests may rent individual rooms or the entire house. Additionally, The Farmhouse is available for small events of up to 50 guests. Guests have full use of the fully equipped kitchen. Additional folding chairs and tables are available for events.

It was Tammy’s lifelong dream to be an innkeeper, and hospitality was her special gift. This is reflected in the ‘Super Host’ rating she earned on Airbnb, which we strive to continue.
